Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.


  • Finding new business opportunities to promote the sales of K12App services of the company.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by visiting schools.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Establishing business relationships with current and potential schools.
  • Coordinating for office events as the need be.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-5 years experience in software sales, business development.
  • Exposure in education domain (Preferred).

Desired Profile

  • The applicant should be aggressive with ambition and high energy levels who can convert sales.
  • Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
  • Strong proficiency in Spoke English.
  • Comfortable with field work.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must have bike, smart phone and laptop.
